PlanetObserver satellite imagery of cities and countries showcased at CEPIC 2018

As happens every year, the international photo community gathers at CEPIC annual Congress that takes place in Berlin from 30 May to 1 June. CEPIC (Coordination of European Picture Agencies Stock, Press and Heritage) federates 600 picture agencies and photo libraries in 20 countries across Europe, while having affiliates in North America and Asia. Big global players such as Getty, Shutterstock or Reuters are among its members.

PlanetObserver satellite imagery content is showcased at the CEPIC Congress by Universal Images Group, our agent in charge of distributing our content to image banks across the world. With this fruitful partnership, our satellite views of cities, countries and the world are easily available for all usage, from media, press, digital and print publishing, broadcasting, communication, marketing or web apps.

PlanetObserver satellite imagery new content for 2018

This year, PlanetObserver has enriched its content with hundreds of new satellite imagery featuring capital cities, megacities and major cities in the world. All satellite views have been produced with very recent data, collected by Sentinel-2 European satellites. Striking satellite imagery of hurricanes and thyphoons, such as hurricanes Irma and Maria over the Caribbean, are also part of this new content.
